Seasonal eating by focusing on local and sustainable sourcing practices; minimizing our footprint and providing better quality and better-tasting food for guests. Furthermore, we have eliminated plastics in our business and promote only biodegradable and compostable materials, limiting recycled materials and promoting up-cycle as much as possible.

NO SPACE TOO LARGE, NO PLATE TOO SMALL

Continuous Improvement

De Maravilla Tapas continuously strive to find new materials, equipment, tools or working procedures that could bring savings in respect to cost and/or increase quality and productivity for our food.
